The most requested folding knife in the shop, in juniper, the most sought-after wood in the range and the only one you can recognise by its scent. 12 cm handle, the most versatile size.

The wood:

Juniper comes from the causses, the limestone plateaus. It is a dense wood, in shades from honey to reddish brown, with a lively grain that never repeats from one handle to the next. It keeps a peppery scent for a long time, which comes back when it warms in your hand. That is why people love it.

Care:

Wipe the blade after each use and never wet the handle. Juniper does not need oiling: its natural density is enough. If the handle turns dull after a few years, a dry cloth and a little beeswax bring back its depth. Never in the dishwasher.

The knife in its cotton pouch, its guarantee certificate and the booklet that tells the story of the Laguiole knife and explains how to care for it.

Free delivery in France on orders from €145.

Twenty characters maximum, engraved on the blade, right-hand side , opposite the maker's mark. Accented letters and numbers accepted; spaces count towards the twenty characters.

Write the text you want in the Order notes box at checkout. We confirm it by email before engraving.
